Transport Facility for our Employees
Pollution from vehicles is a major concern, especially in cities like Delhi and Mumbai. To address this, Share India has a bus transport facility for our employees, reducing air pollution and fostering a sense of community and camaraderie among the workforce.

Plantation Drive by Share India
Indoor Plantation
In an era where workspaces are evolving to enhance employee well-being and engagement, Share India has embraced a unique initiative – the Plantation Activity. We have planted indoor plants in our office premises instead of using air purifiers to contribute to better air quality by filtering out pollutants and releasing oxygen.
This initiative goes beyond traditional corporate practices, cultivating a sense of community, mindfulness and environmental responsibility among our team members. Strategically placed in common areas, workspaces and meeting rooms these plants aim to maximize their impact. Studies have shown that interacting with plants can reduce stress, boost mood and enhance cognitive function. By incorporating greenery into the workplace, we aim to create a more serene and supportive atmosphere that contributes to both the physical and mental health of our team.
Outdoor Plantation
In the honor of World Sustainable Energy Day, Share India employees volunteered in association with the company’s CSR Team to plant over 100 trees in local farms of Delhi/NCR areas. Considering the multifold benefits of trees, at Share India , we believe that plantation drives are fantastic initiatives for corporate social responsibility and environmental stewardship as it encourages employees’ encouragement and contribution to the society as well.
We encourage the use of plants as much as possible in various occasions such as birthday celebrations, rewards & recognitions and are extensively used as a part of corporate gifting. We definitely plan to conduct more and more plantation drives in future times.
