Your account will be automatically locked after 3 consecutive incorrect password attempts to ensure security.
How to Unlock Your Account?
Once the account is locked, a pop-up will appear prompting you to reset your password. Follow the steps below:
- Click on “Proceed” when the reset password option appears.
- You will be redirected to a new interface.
- Enter your PAN number and click on Continue.
- An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number and email ID.
- Enter the OTP and click on Verify Code.
- After successful verification, you will be able to set a new password and regain access to your account.
