Your account will be automatically locked after 3 consecutive incorrect password attempts to ensure security.

How to Unlock Your Account?

Once the account is locked, a pop-up will appear prompting you to reset your password. Follow the steps below:

  1. Click on “Proceed” when the reset password option appears.
  2. You will be redirected to a new interface.
  3. Enter your PAN number and click on Continue.
  4. An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number and email ID.
  5. Enter the OTP and click on Verify Code.
  6. After successful verification, you will be able to set a new password and regain access to your account.
