What is a default quantity?

Default Quantity allows clients to set a pre-defined number of shares or units that will automatically appear when placing a new order in the trading platform.

To Configure this: Go to: Profile > Settings > Default Order Settings > Default Quantity

By default, the system sets the quantity to 1, but clients can change it as per their preference.

Example: if the client sets the default quantity to 20, every new order window will auto-fill with 20 units. This can still be manually adjusted before placing the order.
