I requested a payout, but only a partial amount was credited. Why?

You may receive only a partial payout due to one or more of the following reasons:

1. Execution of new trades after your withdrawal request.
2. Outstanding charges or fees in your account.
3. Changes in margin requirements.

Example:

Suppose you have a withdrawable balance of ₹2,000 at the start of the day and request to withdraw the full amount. Later, you enter an intraday trade and incur a loss of ₹200 (including brokerage, taxes, and other statutory charges). This reduces your clear ledger balance to ₹1,800. When your withdrawal request is processed, you will receive ₹1,800 instead of ₹2,000, because of the loss from the trade.

Similarly, if there are margin adjustments or pending charges on your account, the payout amount will be adjusted accordingly, resulting in a partial payout.
