    Eligibility Criteria

    Eligibility criteria mainly include the following conditions:

    For Individuals

    • To enroll as a Referral Partner, you must confirm that you or your relatives are not employed with Share India Securities Limited.
    • Be an Indian citizen, minimum 18 years of age.
    • Have completed at least 10th standard.
    • Hold a clean background with no fraud-related convictions.

    For Non - Individual (Partnership, LLP, or Corporate)

    • All partners/directors must meet the individual eligibility criteria.
    • Partnership Deed / MOA must explicitly permit securities-related business.

    What Does a Referral Partner Do

    As a Share India Referral Partner, you:
    • Refer individuals who wish to trade or invest in equity, derivatives, commodities, or currency markets.
    • Assist in preliminary coordination while ensuring no advisory or trading activity is conducted on behalf of the clients.
    • Follow all compliance rules, regulations, and code of conduct as prescribed by SEBI, Exchanges, and Share India.

    Note: This is not an employment arrangement; it is a contractual partnership.

    What You Earn

    • Referral Partners earn a percentage of brokerage generated by clients they refer (as per the sharing structure applicable at the time of onboarding).
    • Referral payouts are credited every month.
    • All payouts are subject to TDS and regulatory deductions.
    • Partners cannot earn commission on their own trading accounts.
    • Immediate support for products, services, and client issues.
    • Share India reserves the right to revise or discontinue the scheme with prior notice.
