Online Mode:
The details can be changed online by only Indian residents and NRIs with Indian mobile numbers. Non-individual account holders (company, partnership, LLP or HUF), joint accounts and clients whose mobile number is not linked with Aadhaar can only change their details offline.
Steps to change existing details online: –
An Individual can change their registered email and mobile number by logging / access given below links.
- Through Trading App (Profile > My Profile > Edit KYC Details)
- Online through Link or login your account through desktop (Only for Individuals)
1. Go to Account Settings:
- Navigate to “My Account”
2. Click on “Edit Personal Details”
You’ll see options to change:
- Mobile Number
- Email ID
- Bank Account
- Address
3. Choose What details You Want to Change
4. Enter the New Details
5. OTP Verification
- Enter OTP sent to your registered email/mobile
6. Click “Next” to move forward.
7. Click on the “Submit” button.
8. OTP will be sent to verify your new mobile number or new email ID. Input the OTP to confirm the change.
9. You’ll be redirected to the E-Sign page.
10. A PDF containing your request to change email/mobile will be generated.
11. Complete the E-Sign and submit your request.
Once the changes are successfully completed, Share India will notify on your registered email id.
Offline Change of Email id, Mobile number, bank account and address:
Customers belonging to the Non-Individual category—including Companies, Partnerships, LLPs, HUFs, and Trusts—can update their demographic details only through the offline mode.
For Individual Customers:
Individuals can update their details by following the offline procedure outlined below.

- Provide the updated email address /mobile/ bank account number / address or any other details you want to change in your account, please go through the enclosed form link as given above.
- List of relevant supporting documents required for modification of demographic details may be accessed here
- Sign the Application Form
- Ensure your signature matches the one on record.

If your KYC is not validated, the updation will be done within 4-working days.
