The message “Your account is freeze” means that transactions in your trading account have been temporarily restricted due to regulatory, legal, or security-related reasons. When an account is in a frozen state, you may be unable to place trades, withdraw funds, or make other transactions.
Your account may be frozen due to one or more of the following reasons:

- Ongoing investigation or dispute involving the account
To resolve the issue and request unfreezing of your account, please follow these steps:
- Resolve any legal, compliance, or regulatory concerns
- Clear margin dues or settle any outstanding disputes
- Submit all required documents or clarifications
- Raise an unfreeze request through your broker once issues are resolved
- Contact Share India Support with your Client Code and a formal reactivation/unfreeze request
Once verified, your account access will be restored.
