What does it mean when the system displays the message “Your account is freeze”?

The message “Your account is freeze” means that transactions in your trading account have been temporarily restricted due to regulatory, legal, or security-related reasons. When an account is in a frozen state, you may be unable to place trades, withdraw funds, or make other transactions.

Your account may be frozen due to one or more of the following reasons:

  • Court order or regulatory freeze initiated by SEBI or other authorities
  • Detection of suspicious or fraudulent activity
  • Margin default or a lien on shares/funds
  • Ongoing investigation or dispute involving the account

To resolve the issue and request unfreezing of your account, please follow these steps:

  1. Resolve any legal, compliance, or regulatory concerns
  2. Clear margin dues or settle any outstanding disputes
  3. Submit all required documents or clarifications
  4. Raise an unfreeze request through your broker once issues are resolved
  5. Contact Share India Support with your Client Code and a formal reactivation/unfreeze request

Once verified, your account access will be restored.
