What does it mean when the system shows the message “Your account is Inactive”?

The message “Your account is Inactive” means that your trading account has been marked as dormant or inactive due to one or more of the following reasons:

  • No trading or activity for the last 24 months.
  • KYC documents are not updated or have expired.
  • Your Bank or Demat account is not linked or verified properly.
  • The account is temporarily disabled due to security or compliance reasons.

To reactivate your account, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit a reactivation request.
  2. Update or refresh your KYC documents as per the latest regulatory requirements.
  3. Contact Share India Support with your Client Code and request for reactivation.
