The message “Your account is Inactive” means that your trading account has been marked as dormant or inactive due to one or more of the following reasons:
- No trading or activity for the last 24 months.
- KYC documents are not updated or have expired.
- Your Bank or Demat account is not linked or verified properly.
- The account is temporarily disabled due to security or compliance reasons.
To reactivate your account, please follow these steps:
- Submit a reactivation request.
- Update or refresh your KYC documents as per the latest regulatory requirements.
- Contact Share India Support with your Client Code and request for reactivation.
