What does it mean when the system shows the message “Your account is suspended”?

The message “Your account is suspended” means that your trading account has been temporarily blocked due to compliance or regulatory issues. This suspension may occur due to one or more of the following reasons:

  • Missing or expired KYC/FATCA documents.
  • Outstanding dues or penalties in the account.
  • Action based on SEBI or other regulatory directives.
  • Detection of suspicious or unusual activity.

To reactivate your account, you should:

  1.  Submit all pending KYC, FATCA, or other required compliance documents
  2.  Clear any outstanding dues or penalties
  3. Contact Share India Support with your Client Code and a formal request to reactive your account

Once the issues are resolved and verified, your account will be reinstated for trading activities.
